The market

The milestone that matters is the first product off the line.

Manufacturing investments chase market windows, and those windows close on their own timetable. A new plant has to join building construction to tool installation, automation, utilities, supplier qualification and a workforce that must be hired and trained before ramp-up. Often the existing plant next door must keep producing throughout.

Schedola plans the whole road to production on one schedule — building readiness, equipment move-in and hook-up, automation commissioning, workforce readiness and ramp — then controls it against the date the board approved. Plant leaders see, early, which constraint is really setting start of production.

What is at stake

What keeps manufacturing leaders awake

The specific risks of this market, named plainly. We plan for them from day one, because we have worked inside them.

RISK-01

Tools into unfinished buildings

Process equipment and automation installed while construction is still closing out around them.

RISK-02

No slack before ramp-up

Production targets that leave little time between mechanical completion and saleable output.

RISK-03

Expanding beside live lines

Brownfield work sequenced around production that cannot stop.

A factory is finished on the day it ships product. Everything before that is preparation.

Questions, answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.

Can tool installation sit in the construction schedule?

Yes. Equipment move-in, hook-up and qualification are planned in the integrated schedule and linked to the building areas they depend on.

Do you support brownfield expansions?

Yes. We plan around running production with defined shutdown windows and tie-in sequences that protect output.
