Schedule Health Assessment
Diagnostics against the DCMA 14-Point Assessment, GAO guidance and field experience that show how far your schedule can really be trusted.

Before you rely on a date, test the schedule that produced it.
A schedule can look complete and professional while being structurally unsound: missing logic, heavy use of constraints, unrealistic durations, negative float nobody has explained. Decisions made on that schedule are made without real visibility.
Our assessment applies the DCMA 14-Point metrics, the GAO Schedule Assessment Guide and our own field-tested realism checks to give you a clear, scored view of schedule quality. It ends with specific, prioritised corrections, not a list of generic complaints.

What is the DCMA 14-Point Assessment?
A set of fourteen schedule quality metrics developed by the US Defense Contract Management Agency. It is widely used across industries as a baseline test of schedule structure.
Does a good DCMA score mean the schedule is realistic?
Not on its own. DCMA tests structure, not realism. A schedule can pass every metric and still assume productivity no crew will achieve, which is why we pair it with expert review of durations, sequence and constructability.
How long does an assessment take?
For a typical project schedule, three to seven working days from receipt of the native files.
Is this useful before we accept a contractor’s schedule?
It is one of the best times to do it. Finding structural problems before acceptance costs a review cycle; finding them after can cost a dispute.
