In short

Commitments made weekly, kept weekly.

Most site plans fail not because they are badly made but because the work was never ready: a missing drawing, an open RFI, material still on a truck. The Last Planner® System tackles this directly, through make-ready planning, weekly commitments and learning from every commitment that is missed.

We implement and coach the whole system: master and phase planning, look-ahead and constraint removal, weekly work planning and daily huddles. We measure Percent Plan Complete and use the reasons behind each miss to improve. Our aim is to build the capability inside your team, so it keeps running after we step back.

Questions, answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.

What is Percent Plan Complete?

The share of weekly commitments completed as planned. It is a simple, telling measure of planning reliability and the starting point for improvement.

How long does implementation take?

Initial rollout usually takes six to twelve weeks. Lasting improvement comes from consistent practice over the following months.

Is Last Planner® a trademark?

Yes. Last Planner® is a registered trademark of the Lean Construction Institute. We implement the system in line with its published principles.
