Pull Planning
Facilitated pull planning that builds reliable phase plans by working back from milestones with the trades themselves.

Plan backward from the milestone, with the people who will build it.
The people who know best how the work flows are the foremen and trade leads who will do it. Pull planning puts them in the same room, starts from a milestone and works backward, each hand-off agreed face to face. The result is a better plan and a team that has committed to one another.
We facilitate pull planning with structure and pace, on a physical wall or a digital board. We capture commitments, constraints and hand-offs, then reconcile the outcome with the master CPM schedule, so lean planning and critical path control support each other instead of competing.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Trades committed because they built it together.
Work released when the work before it is truly complete.
Field planning and critical path control working as one.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
Do we need to be a lean organization to use pull planning?
No. Pull planning is often the first lean practice a team adopts, and it delivers value on its own.
Can pull planning be done remotely?
Yes. We facilitate hybrid and fully digital sessions using collaborative planning platforms.
Does pull planning replace the CPM schedule?
No. The CPM schedule sets the framework and the critical path; pull planning produces detailed, committed phase plans inside it. We make sure the two agree.
