Project Recovery
Calm, decisive intervention for distressed projects: stabilise, diagnose, re-plan and lead the way back to delivery.

When a project drifts off course, we bring it back.
Every troubled project reaches a point where the usual approaches stop working. Nobody believes the schedule. The budget is gone. Relationships are strained, lenders are asking questions and leaders are exposed. Somewhere, a community is still waiting for the building to open. What the project needs then is not more of the same, but steady, experienced hands.
Schedola’s recovery teams have done this before. We stabilise the situation, establish what is really wrong, build a credible recovery plan across schedule, cost, organisation and commercial position, then lead its delivery with the urgency and discipline recovery demands. Within weeks, people know where the finish is again.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
A project managed again, rather than endured.
New dates and budgets stakeholders trust.
Commercial positions and relationships preserved.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
What are the signs a project needs recovery?
Repeated missed milestones, forecasts that move every month, growing disputes, rising staff turnover and sponsors or lenders who have stopped believing the reports. Two or more of those together is the moment to act.
Will you replace our project team?
Not usually. Most recoveries strengthen and support the existing team, adding recovery leadership and controls where they are needed.
How quickly can you step in?
A recovery lead can typically be on site within days, with a first diagnostic shortly after.
Can a project really recover once it is badly late?
The original date may be gone, but cost, reputation and the commercial position usually can be protected. A credible new plan, honestly communicated, also restores the confidence of lenders and boards.
