Forecasting
Risk-informed schedule and cost forecasts that give executives a realistic finish date and final cost, with the confidence stated.

Where the project is heading, told before it arrives.
Every executive asks two questions: when will it finish, and what will it cost? Too often the answer is the original plan restated, unchanged until reality forces one large, painful revision in front of the board.
Schedola builds forecasts from what the project is actually doing. Performance trends, remaining risk, productivity, commitments and experienced judgment are combined into projections that can be defended line by line. We present them as ranges with stated confidence, so leaders know both the most likely outcome and how much could still move.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Leaders plan around what is likely, not what is hoped.
Forecast movement signalled while there are still options.
Forecasts that stand up to board, investor and lender scrutiny.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
What does P80 mean?
A date or cost with an 80 percent probability of being met or bettered, based on quantified risk. It tells a board how confident it can be, not just what the single most likely number is.
How often should forecasts change?
They should be reviewed every month and change only when the evidence does. Small, explained movements build trust. Large, late corrections destroy it.
Can AI improve forecasts?
It can sharpen them, particularly where there is a good history of comparable projects. We use AI tools to detect patterns and test assumptions, and every forecast is still reviewed and owned by an experienced professional.
Our team’s forecast and the contractor’s disagree. Can you help?
Yes. We build an independent forecast with a transparent basis, then reconcile the differences so leadership knows which assumptions drive the gap.
