The practice

Rehearse the build before you pay for it.

Many owners already own the technology. There is a coordination model that stopped being opened after design, a library of drone flights nobody compares, a folder of 360° photos sorted by date and nothing else. Each tool works. Together they rarely answer the question an executive actually asks: are we where we should be, and if not, what happens next?

Schedola approaches digital delivery as project-controls people. We link the model to the schedule for 4D sequencing and to cost for 5D. We capture the site from the air and the ground, measure it against design and feed verified progress into earned value. And we carry the data forward into digital twins that serve the asset after handover. Every tool earns its place by improving a decision, or it does not belong on the project.

Why it matters

Technology pays off only when it changes a decision

We connect models, captures and site data to the schedule and the budget, so that what is seen on screen is the same thing that is measured, reported and acted on.

01

Connected

Models, captures and field data tied to activities, cost codes and dates.

02

Decision-first

Each technology chosen for the decision it improves, then scaled to fit.

03

Measured

Physical progress verified against design and plan, not estimated from a walk-round.

04

Lasting

Data structured to serve operations for decades after the ribbon is cut.

A model that never meets the schedule is a beautiful picture. We put it to work, so the people running the job can see the next three months as clearly as the last three.
