Constructability Reviews
Experienced reviews of design and sequence that remove construction risk before it reaches the field.

Solve it on paper, where it costs almost nothing.
A design problem found in the field costs many times what it would have cost on the drawing. Clashes, impractical sequences, inaccessible spaces, unbuildable details and missing information all turn into RFIs, delays and change orders once work starts, and the schedule pays for every one.
Schedola’s constructability reviews put experienced builders’ eyes on the design before it is issued. We review drawings, models and specifications for buildability, sequence, logistics and schedule impact, and give the design team practical recommendations ranked by risk and cost.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Questions answered before construction begins.
Sequences and details designed for pace.
Changes avoided rather than paid for.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
At which design stages should reviews happen?
Ideally at schematic design, design development and before construction documents are issued. The earlier the review, the more it saves.
Do you review BIM models?
Yes. Model-based constructability and coordination reviews are often the most efficient route, and they let us test sequence and access in three dimensions.
Who acts on the recommendations?
The design team, with the owner’s support. We run workshops so each recommendation is understood, agreed and tracked to closure.
Is this useful on design-build projects?
Yes. On design-build the review protects the owner’s requirements and gives an independent read on whether the proposed sequence supports the contract dates.
Project Readiness Assessments
Structured assessments of readiness to tender, build, commission or operate, carried out before costly commitments are made.
Independent Schedule Reviews
Objective, expert reviews of baseline and update schedules for owners, lenders and sponsors who need confidence in the finish.
Owner’s Representative
Experienced owner’s representation that protects your budget, dates and standards from planning through design, construction and occupancy.
