Resource Loading
Labor, equipment and cost loading that turns a schedule into a realistic plan for crews, machines and cash.

Dates without people, plant and money are only a guess.
Logic tells you what must happen in what order. Resources tell you whether it can happen that way. An unloaded schedule may assume crews that do not exist, a crane that is already booked and a cash flow the owner never planned for.
We load schedules with the labor, equipment and cost the work demands, at the level of detail your decisions need. You see peak manpower, equipment conflicts and spend curves before you commit, and you get the foundation for measuring productivity and earned value as the job runs.

What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
Does every schedule need resource loading?
Not every one. We recommend it wherever labor, equipment or cash flow is a material risk, which covers most large and fast-track projects.
Can you load a schedule that is already approved?
Yes. We can load an approved schedule without changing its logic, provided the activity structure supports the level of detail you need.
How does loading support earned value?
Cost- or hour-loaded activities create the planned value baseline against which earned value and actual cost are measured each period.
Should the loading match our estimate exactly?
It should reconcile to it. We trace every loaded total back to the estimate so that the schedule and the budget are telling the same story.
