In short

The early warnings already hiding in your data.

Projects produce a constant stream of data: schedule updates, cost transactions, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, photographs and drone flights. Almost all of it is read once and filed. Inside it are the first signs of delay and overrun, weeks before they reach a report.

Construction intelligence is how Schedola puts that data to work inside project controls. We connect the sources, build clean models around them and apply analytics and AI to find patterns, flag anomalies and forecast risk. Leaders can ask plain-English questions of their own project and get answers backed by evidence. It is controls with better peripheral vision.

Questions, answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.

How is this different from reporting?

Reporting describes what happened. Construction intelligence connects the data to explain why it happened and to signal what is likely next, so controls can move from recording to anticipating.

Do we need a large portfolio?

Portfolios gain most from benchmarking and prediction, but a single large program with rich data benefits from connected analytics straight away.

Is this a separate analytics project?

No. It sits inside your project controls, using the data the controls cycle already produces, and its findings appear in the same monthly reporting leaders already read.

What data do you need to start?

Native schedule files, cost and commitment data and field records such as daily reports or RFIs. We start with what is reliable and add sources as they are cleaned.
