Digital Twin
Digital twins that connect models, schedules, reality capture and operational data, designed around the decisions owners and operators need to make.

A living picture of the asset, from first pour to final decade.
A digital twin is a digital representation of a physical asset that is kept current with real-world data. During construction it can show installed progress against plan in three dimensions. In operation it can show how systems are performing, where maintenance is due and how a proposed change would affect the facility.
We design twins from the decision backwards. First we agree what the twin must help someone decide, whether that is a weekly progress review, a maintenance plan or a capacity expansion. Then we integrate only the models, schedules, captures, sensor feeds and operational systems needed to support it. That keeps the twin useful, affordable and maintained, rather than a showpiece that ages within a year.
Planning starts in design. When information standards are set early, the construction twin becomes the operational twin without being rebuilt.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Owners, builders and operators looking at the same facts.
Maintenance and performance driven by current data.
Construction data reused for the life of the asset.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
Is a digital twin just a 3D model?
No. A 3D model is a static representation. A twin is continuously updated with real-world data, from progress captures during construction to sensor and system data in operation, and is used to make decisions.
When should we start planning a twin?
During design. Setting information requirements early means the model, schedule and handover data are structured to feed the twin, which avoids an expensive rebuild later.
Do digital twins need sensors?
Operational twins usually draw on building systems and sensors. Construction twins rely more on reality capture and schedule data. We specify what each use case actually requires.
How do you keep a twin from going stale?
By tying every data feed to a named owner and an operating routine. If nobody uses a view to make a decision, we remove it.
4D Planning
Model-linked construction sequencing that exposes logistics and phasing risk, aligns stakeholders and makes the schedule understandable to everyone in the room.
5D Planning
Model-based cost planning that links quantities, rates and schedule activities for faster estimates, time-phased cash flow and clear option costing.
Drone Progress Monitoring
Scheduled drone flights that capture objective, comparable site data and feed measured progress straight into the schedule and earned value.
