Delay & Claims
Forensic schedule analysis, extension-of-time and claims work, and independent expert testimony, each built from the contemporaneous project record and named methods.

When the finish moves, the record answers.
A late finish turns a scheduling question into a financial one. Liquidated damages, prolongation costs, retentions, bonds and board confidence all wait on a single answer: what actually drove completion, and whose risk was it? Counsel needs that answer to be provable. Executives need it to be fast and right.
Schedola reconstructs the timeline period by period, from the schedules and records the project already produced. We select a method the facts can support, name it in the terms of AACE International Recommended Practice 29R-03 and the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol, and show every step so the other side can test it. For contractors we establish entitlement to time and money. For owners and lenders we test what has been claimed and separate the substantiated from the asserted. When matters reach a tribunal, our experts give independent opinions. And where we arrive early enough, we help the project keep the records that make a dispute unnecessary.
The side with the clearest account usually prevails
Tribunals, mediators and boards decide on what can be traced and tested. We build analysis that stands on documents, follows a recognised method and reads plainly to a non-specialist.
Named methods
Every analysis identified by its AACE 29R-03 method implementation protocol and its SCL Protocol equivalent, with the reasons for choosing it.
Source-traced
Each date, duration and finding linked to a document in the project record.
Testable
Native files, assumptions and calculations disclosed so the work can be replicated, not just read.
Independent
Opinions that stay the same whoever instructs us, because that is what makes them worth relying on.

Somewhere in the daily reports, the updates and the correspondence, the answer is already written down. We find it, test it and set it out so plainly that the argument gets shorter. The Schedola standard
