Change Management
Change control that captures, assesses, prices and records every change to scope, time and cost, promptly and fairly.

Change will come. Drift is optional.
Designs evolve, ground conditions surprise and owners refine what they want. Change is normal. What separates calm projects from troubled ones is how change is handled: seen early, assessed honestly, decided quickly and recorded completely. Leave any of those undone and change becomes the dispute you are still paying for after handover.
Schedola sets up change management that protects owners and contractors alike. Potential changes are logged the moment they appear, time and cost impacts are modelled objectively, decisions follow clear authority and every approved change flows straight into the schedule, the budget and the contract record.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Changes settled while memories are fresh and records are complete.
Scope and cost growth visible and chosen rather than accumulated.
A record that preserves entitlement, whichever side of the table you sit on.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
How do you assess the time impact of a change?
Usually by inserting a fragnet that represents the change into the current schedule update and measuring its effect on the critical path. Done promptly, this is a prospective time impact analysis, and it is far cheaper than reconstructing the effect years later.
Can you review a contractor’s change pricing?
Yes. We test quotations for scope, quantities, productivity, rates and markups against the contract and the market, and give you a fair, reasoned position to negotiate from.
Can you configure workflows in Procore?
Yes. We configure change workflows in Procore and similar platforms so change data flows into cost and schedule controls automatically.
We are a contractor. Can you help us recover unpaid change?
Yes. We help contractors build complete, well-evidenced change requests, and where entitlement is already contested our Delay & Claims practice can take it further.
