Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)
Integrated Master Schedules that connect design, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single program view, traceable from the boardroom summary down to the field.

Many contractors, many schedules, one view of the finish.
Large programs rarely fail inside one contract. They fail at the seams: between designer and builder, between procurement and site, between one contractor’s schedule and the next. Each party can report green while the program as a whole is quietly losing months.
An Integrated Master Schedule closes those seams. We connect every contributing schedule through controlled interface milestones and clear vertical traceability, from the few dates your board watches to the field activities that drive them. When something slips anywhere, you see where it lands everywhere.
What we bring to Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)
Senior practitioners, a proven method and the right technology. Every line below is part of the engagement, not an upsell.
Program architecture
Master, intermediate and detailed schedule levels linked with clear vertical traceability.
INCLUDEDInterface control
Hand-offs between contractors, designers and suppliers defined, owned and tracked as milestones.
INCLUDEDEarned value alignment
Structure that supports ANSI/EIA-748 earned value requirements where your program needs them.
INCLUDEDContractor integration
Each contractor’s submission received, checked and integrated every period without re-keying.
INCLUDEDSchedule risk analysis
Monte Carlo analysis at program level to show how likely the key dates really are.
INCLUDEDProgram narratives
Monthly narratives that explain movement, driving paths and corrective actions in plain language.
INCLUDEDA clear path, milestone by milestone.
A disciplined sequence, so you always know what happens next, who owns it and why it matters.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Every party’s effect on the end date visible in one place.
Interface risks found early, before they turn into claims.
A single defensible view instead of a dozen competing ones.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
What is the difference between an IMS and a master schedule?
A master schedule is usually a summary. An IMS is fully integrated: logically connected across every contributor and traceable from summary milestones down to detailed activities, so a change at the bottom shows its effect at the top.
Do you support federal and defense IMS requirements?
Yes. We structure schedules in line with ANSI/EIA-748 earned value principles and the IMS expectations common on federal and defense programs.
Our contractors use different software. Is that a problem?
Not if it is managed from day one. We set integration standards and data formats at the outset, then convert and validate each submission so the integrated schedule stays clean month after month.
How long before an IMS is useful?
A first integrated view is normally possible within weeks. It becomes more reliable each cycle as contributors align to the integration rules.
Bid & Tender Schedules
Compliant, convincing bid schedules that demonstrate command of the work, produced fast enough to meet the tender deadline.
Milestone Planning
Milestone frameworks that align contracts, payments, stakeholders and teams around the dates that actually carry consequences.
Schedule Updates
Disciplined periodic updates that record real progress, reveal real trends and keep the schedule a working tool rather than a filed document.
