Program Controls
Program-level controls that bind projects, contractors and funding streams into a single governed picture sponsors can steer by.

Many projects, shared money, one clear horizon.
A program fails in ways a project report never shows. A late enabling package strands three downstream contracts. One overrun quietly drains contingency that was meant for the whole program. Each project team reports green, and the program as a whole slides.
Schedola builds controls that look across the program, not just down into each project. We set common structures and coding, connect project schedules through managed interfaces into an integrated master schedule, hold budgets and contingency at the right level, and give sponsors governance that lets them trade time, money and scope across the program with their eyes open.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Sponsors see how each project moves the program’s finish date and final cost.
Reserves held where risk actually sits and released only with evidence.
Clear authority and shared data that let leaders decide in one meeting, not three.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
How is program controls different from project controls?
Project controls manage one scope, one contract and one budget. Program controls manage what sits between them: shared funding, shared resources, interfaces and the overall outcome the sponsor is accountable for.
Our contractors use different software. Is that a problem?
No. We set data standards and submission rules, then normalise each contractor’s P6, Microsoft Project or cost data into a single program view.
Do you support public programs?
Yes. Public agencies and their program managers are a large part of our program work, including funding-source tracking and the transparency public reporting requires.
When should a program set this up?
Before the second major contract is awarded. Interfaces are cheapest to manage when they are written into contracts rather than discovered on site.
Portfolio Controls
Portfolio-wide visibility of spend, dates, risk and capacity so executives can prioritise and invest with confidence.
PMO Services
Project management offices designed, launched and run to raise delivery performance, not to generate status reports.
Cost Controls
Budget control, commitment tracking and cost forecasting that protect capital and keep the CFO free of surprises.
