In short

A second opinion before you accept the dates.

When a contractor or project team hands you a schedule, how do you know it is sound? Owners often accept schedules they cannot fully evaluate, then discover later that the logic was weak, the durations optimistic or the critical path misrepresented. By then the flawed baseline is the yardstick for every delay claim.

Schedola’s independent schedule reviews give you an expert, objective read. We test logic, structure, realism and compliance with the contract’s scheduling requirements, validate the critical path and its risks, and tell you plainly whether the schedule can be relied on, and exactly what must change if it cannot.

Questions, answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.

Why does accepting a flawed baseline matter?

Because the accepted baseline becomes the reference for measuring delay and entitlement. Accepting one with weak logic or hidden float can undermine an owner’s position for the life of the project.

How fast can you turn a review around?

Most baseline reviews take one to two weeks. Monthly update reviews can usually be returned within days of receiving the files.

Do you need the native file?

Yes. Native XER, XML or MPP files are essential. A PDF shows the bars but hides the logic, which is where most problems live.

Can you review schedules for lenders?

Yes. We review for lenders and technical advisers, focusing on whether the dates that underpin the financing are achievable and what risks sit on the path to them.
