In short

A working controls team, in weeks rather than quarters.

Most owners know when their controls are thin. The trouble is time. Hiring a seasoned controls lead, a scheduler and two cost engineers can take most of a year, and configuring the systems behind them takes longer. The project does not wait. Concrete is poured, contracts are signed and money is committed while the reporting is still being designed.

Schedola arrives with the team and the machinery together: a senior controls lead, planners, cost engineers and analysts, working from procedures and templates already proven on large programs. We can run your controls outright, sit inside your organisation, or build the function and hand it to your own people. Whichever model you choose, the first monthly report lands quickly and every one after it is better.

Questions, answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.

We already have a controls team. Will you replace it?

No. Most of our work strengthens existing teams. We fill the gaps, whether that is a senior scheduler, a cost lead or reporting, and raise the standard of the whole function without disrupting the people already doing good work.

Do you work for contractors as well as owners?

Yes. We support owners, program managers and contractors, and we never act for opposing parties on the same project. Conflicts are checked before every engagement.

How fast can you start?

Core team members typically mobilise within a few weeks, depending on location and scale. A short diagnostic usually starts sooner, so the first report reflects the true position rather than the hoped-for one.

What does the first month look like?

We take a baseline of the current position, review the schedule and cost data you already hold, agree a reporting calendar and issue a first report that names the top risks and the decisions they require.
