Multi-Hall Hyperscale Campus
Four contractors reported green. The campus was red. We showed the owner why, in time to fix it.
LocationTemple, TXIn a data center, time is capacity and capacity is revenue. Every week recovered reaches the owner’s customers directly, and every week lost is visible to them too.
A hyperscale operator built a four-hall campus where every hall had a contracted ready-for-service date with its tenant.
Each contractor’s schedule showed on track. None of them linked utility energization, switchgear delivery and integrated systems testing, so the real critical path lived in nobody’s plan.
The whole job, on one line.
Start to finish, as the schedule tells it. For work still in progress, the bar moves with today's date.
Our approach, phase by phase.
The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

The difference we made
Measured the only way that matters: did the project land where we said it would.
An integrated master schedule exposed the real path through energization and IST.
Each hall met its tenant ready-for-service date.
Short weekly reports drove recovery decisions every week instead of every month.
What we brought to it
Integrated Master Schedules that connect design, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single program view, traceable from the boardroom summary down to the field.
01.08Schedule Health AssessmentDiagnostics against the DCMA 14-Point Assessment, GAO guidance and field experience that show how far your schedule can really be trusted.
01.11Recovery SchedulingCredible recovery plans for late projects, built quickly, grounded in what the site can really do and accepted by every party.
02.10Executive ReportingShort, honest, decision-led reporting and live executive views for boards, CFOs, lenders and public stakeholders.
01.18Commissioning & Startup SchedulingSystem-based commissioning and startup schedules that carry facilities from mechanical completion to reliable operation.
