Expert Witness Services
Independent expert evidence on planning, scheduling, delay, disruption and project controls in arbitration, litigation and adjudication.

Independent opinion, given plainly, held under pressure.
When a dispute reaches a hearing, the tribunal depends on experts to explain technical questions and to give opinions it can trust. That trust rests on two things: the rigour of the analysis and the visible independence of the person giving it.
Schedola experts accept instructions only after conflict checks and a clear statement of scope. Reports are prepared to the applicable rules, whether Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26, CPR Part 35, the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence or the tribunal’s own directions. We engage constructively in expert meetings and joint statements, narrowing issues where we can and explaining disagreement where we cannot.
On the stand, our experts are measured and consistent. Their duty is to the tribunal, whoever pays the invoice, and that independence is exactly what gives their opinions weight.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Opinions that hold their shape under cross-examination.
Complex scheduling questions made clear to non-specialists.
Independence that strengthens the position rather than undermining it.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
Is the expert an advocate for our side?
No. The expert’s overriding duty is to the tribunal. An opinion that bends toward the instructing party is quickly exposed and damages the case. Independence is the reason expert evidence persuades.
Can you give an early case assessment before we commit?
Yes. A short, candid assessment of the delay case, its evidence and its risks helps counsel and executives decide whether to settle, mediate or proceed, and on what terms.
Do you check for conflicts?
Always, before any substantive discussion of the matter. We decline instructions where a conflict exists or independence could reasonably be questioned.
Which forums do you work in?
Domestic and international arbitration, state and federal courts, adjudication, and dispute boards, applying the expert rules of each.
Dispute Resolution
Analytical support through negotiation, mediation, dispute boards, arbitration and litigation, focused on the fairest outcome at the lowest total cost.
Delay Analysis
Retrospective and contemporaneous delay analysis that identifies the critical delays, measures them and allocates responsibility, using a method chosen to fit the records and the contract.
Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
Prospective and contemporaneous time impact analyses that model a specific event in the current schedule and show its effect on completion and key milestones.
