Deltek Acumen
Schedule quality metrics, risk simulation and update comparison, used as instruments within an expert review rather than a substitute for one.

Test the schedule before you trust the date.
Product names are trademarks of their owners. Schedola is independent of every vendor.
Deltek Acumen is widely used to measure schedule quality, run quantitative schedule risk analysis and compare one update with the next. It applies metrics such as the DCMA 14-Point Assessment at speed, and its Monte Carlo engine turns uncertainty into a range of finish dates.
We treat Acumen as one instrument in a wider review. Automated metrics flag where to look; experienced planners then judge whether a finding matters to the finish. For risk analysis, we run the workshops that produce defensible inputs, so the resulting P50 and P80 dates are ones a board or lender can rely on.
Deltek Acumen, in expert hands
Software does not control projects. People who know it deeply, and know what the board needs to hear, do.
Quality metrics
DCMA 14-Point and custom checks, prioritized by consequence rather than count.
Risk analysis
Monte Carlo simulation grounded in facilitated risk workshops.
Update comparison
Changes to logic, durations and dates between updates surfaced and explained.
