KPI Management
Focused KPI frameworks that align teams, reward the right behaviour and show performance honestly.

Track the few measures that actually predict the finish.
Many projects track forty indicators and act on none. Meanwhile the handful that genuinely predict trouble, such as constraint removal, design release or procurement float, go unmeasured. Measure the wrong things and teams will optimise them, faithfully, all the way to a late finish.
Schedola designs KPI frameworks with restraint: a small set of leading and lagging indicators, precise definitions, reliable data and targets that encourage good decisions rather than gaming. Then we build them into a review rhythm, so measurement turns into action every month.
What we bring to KPI Management
Senior practitioners, a proven method and the right technology. Every line below is part of the engagement, not an upsell.

Balanced leading and lagging indicators tied to project objectives.
INCLUDEDPrecise definitions
Formula, data source, owner and threshold for every KPI.
INCLUDEDTarget setting
Targets grounded in benchmarks and in the project’s own history.
INCLUDEDReliable data
Automated, auditable collection with no spreadsheet rekeying.
INCLUDEDReview rhythm
Regular reviews where each KPI owner explains movement and actions.
INCLUDEDBehaviour alignment
Measures designed to reward good decisions and resist gaming.
INCLUDEDA clear path, milestone by milestone.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or help you choose the one that fits. We take no reseller commissions.
What changes when we arrive.
Not more reports. Earlier warnings, firmer dates and decisions your board, lenders and teams can trust.
Teams aligned on the measures that move the outcome.
Indicators that show reality and are hard to game.
Measurement that leads to action, every period.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.
How many KPIs should a project track?
Fewer than most do. Eight to twelve well-chosen indicators, each with an owner, outperform fifty that nobody reads.
What is the difference between leading and lagging KPIs?
Lagging indicators report results, such as cost variance or milestones missed. Leading indicators predict them, such as constraint removal rate, design release progress or submittal turnaround. Foresight comes from the leading ones.
Can you benchmark our performance?
Yes. We compare your indicators with industry references and with your own completed projects, which is often the more useful comparison.
What stops teams gaming the numbers?
Pairing measures that pull against each other, verifying data at source and reviewing trends rather than single values. We design for that from the outset.
