The market

A fab schedule is a program few people ever see whole.

Fab construction combines vast cleanrooms, ultra-pure utilities, extreme MEP density and tool installation measured in thousands of moves. Investment runs into the billions, and a month of delay can mean missing a technology node or a customer commitment. The schedule is too large for any one contractor to understand on its own.

Schedola provides program-level controls for fab construction and tool install: integrated schedules from shell through cleanroom certification to tool hook-up, earned value and forecasting that work at this scale, and executive reporting that gives sponsors an honest view of the whole. Leaders see which utility, area or tool group is driving first wafer.

What is at stake

What keeps semiconductor leaders awake

The specific risks of this market, named plainly. We plan for them from day one, because we have worked inside them.

RISK-01

MEP at extreme density

Process utilities and cleanroom systems with coordination demands beyond ordinary buildings.

RISK-02

Tool install against readiness

Thousands of tool moves and hook-ups sequenced against cleanroom certification and utility availability.

RISK-03

Program scale

Multi-year, multi-contractor programs that need consistent controls to stay governable.

At this scale, the first casualty of poor controls is the truth. We keep it on the table.

Questions, answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers from the people who do the work. If your question is not here, ask us directly. A senior practitioner will reply.

Can you manage fab-scale schedules?

Yes. We structure very large integrated schedules with clear summary-to-detail traceability and data models designed to stay fast and usable.

Do you plan tool install?

Yes. Tool move-in, hook-up and qualification are sequenced against cleanroom readiness and utility availability.
