Leaders who still do the work.
At Schedola, leadership is not a step away from the craft. Our leaders sit in the schedule reviews, read the logic and answer to every client by name.

Colins Epie
Colins founded Schedola on a conviction formed watching capital projects up close: projects rarely fail in a single moment. They fail in the dark, when the people carrying the risk find out too late to act.
As Chief Executive, Colins sets the standard every Schedola engagement is held to: schedules built on real logic, forecasts that say what the data says, and reporting that reaches decision-makers while there is still time to choose. Colins stays close to the work, joining client reviews, challenging assumptions and personally answering for the quality of what the firm delivers.
Under Colins's leadership, Schedola has grown around a deliberately focused offer of five practices, covering planning and scheduling, project controls, advisory and assurance, delay and claims, and digital delivery, rather than trying to be everything to everyone. The aim is simple. Every client should be able to see the finish from the start.
“The schedule is the most honest document on a project, if you let it be. Our job is to let it tell the truth, early, to the people who need to hear it.”
