Projects don’t fail all at once. They fail in the dark.
Schedola began with one observation by its founder, Colins Epie: by the time most people learn a project is in trouble, the chance to fix it cheaply has already gone.

The warning was always there. Nobody was reading it.
Colins Epie built a career inside capital projects, close enough to the schedule to see how they really unravel. It is rarely a single event. A design package lands a few weeks late. A long-lead order is placed on a date the logic no longer supports. Float quietly drains from a path nobody is watching. Each signal is small. Each one is recorded somewhere.
What stood out to Colins was not that projects slipped. It was how late the people responsible found out. The owner heard in the month the date moved. The lender heard when the draw did not match the site. The board heard last of all, when every option left was an expensive one. The information had existed for months. It simply had not reached anyone who could act on it.
In 2016, Colins founded Schedola as the answer to that gap: a firm whose whole job is to turn the signals buried in a project into a view of the finish that decision-makers can trust, early enough to change the outcome.
From one question to five practices
Every practice we have exists because the same question kept leading somewhere new: what would it take for the client to see this sooner?
A schedule you can read
It starts with the plan itself. Planning & Scheduling builds programs whose logic is complete, whose dates are earned and whose critical path tells the truth.
Time and money in one view
A date means little without its cost. Project Controls joins schedule, budget, change and risk so the forecast moves as one picture.
An independent voice
Boards and lenders asked for someone with no stake in the answer. Advisory & Assurance gives them an outside view of readiness, risk and progress.
When time is contested
Some delays still reach the table. Delay & Claims reconstructs what happened, why, and who carries it, with analysis built to stand up.
Reality, connected
Site data arrives faster than ever. Digital Delivery links models, progress capture and the schedule so what is built and what is planned stay in step.
The same conviction
Five practices, one discipline: give the people who decide a clear line of sight to the finish, and give it to them while it can still be used.
Nobody should learn their project is late from the calendar. They should hear it from us, first.Colins Epie · Founder & CEO
What we refuse to change
The work will keep evolving. These commitments will not.
Early over easy
A difficult forecast in month three is worth more than a comfortable one in month twelve.
Seniors on the work
The person who earns your trust is the person who does the analysis.
No stake in the answer
We sell no software and take no commissions. The finding is the product.
Plain sight
Every date shows its logic, and every claim shows its source.
Bring us in before the surprise.
Tell us where your project stands today. In one conversation with a senior practitioner you will know where it is really heading, what is driving it, and what it will take to land it.
