Putting a hyperscale campus back on its power date
Every contractor reported float. The energisation date was drifting anyway. One integrated schedule made the real position visible, and a weekly recovery rhythm brought it back.

Four schedules said on track. The campus disagreed.
The owner of a multi-building hyperscale campus received monthly updates from each of its contractors, and every one showed comfortable float. No one, however, had tested the utility interconnect, switchgear deliveries and commissioning sequence against each other. Leadership could feel the energisation date moving but could not show where, or by how much.
Meetings had become arguments about whose schedule was right. The customer was waiting on capacity, and the owner’s board was waiting on an answer.

How we changed the outcome
We replaced four competing narratives with one logic-linked schedule, then used it every week to decide what to do next.

The difference we made
The owner gained a single forecast it could defend and a recovery plan that every contractor had signed up to.
Leadership could see the whole route from interconnection to integrated systems testing for the first time.
Long-lead electrical risk surfaced months sooner, while alternative supply was still an option.
Executive meetings shifted from disputing data to agreeing actions.
Once everyone was looking at the same critical path, the conversation changed completely.Client perspective · name withheld for confidentiality
