Program controls at fab scale
Integrated scheduling, earned value and executive reporting across shell, cleanroom, utilities and tool install for an advanced fabrication program.

A program too large for anyone to see whole.
The fab program combined several major contractors, very dense MEP systems and thousands of tool moves, all sequenced against cleanroom certification. Data sat in dozens of systems, and by the time reports reached sponsors they described a program that had already moved on.
The people funding the program needed a timely, credible view of time, cost and risk.
Representative engagement. Client identity withheld; specifics anonymised and illustrative.
How we changed the outcome
We designed a controls structure that matched the scale of the program, then ran it day to day.

The difference we made
Reporting moved from late and fragmented to timely and integrated, and sponsors could see what was driving first tool-in.
Shell, cleanroom, utilities and tool install shown together for the first time.
Earned value built on physical progress rather than estimates.
Automated consolidation replaced weeks of manual effort each month.
We stopped arguing about the numbers and started running the program.Client perspective · name withheld for confidentiality
