Why it mattered

New manufacturing capacity is already in the customer’s plans before the building is closed in. The first production run is the date that counts.

The challenge

A battery joint venture is building a cell factory to supply electric vehicle assembly plants. Dry rooms, formation lines and process utilities make it as demanding as a chip fab.

At peak, several thousand craft workers will be on site each day. Access, laydown and trade stacking must be choreographed at a scale few sites ever reach.

Schedule at a glance

The whole job, on one line.

Start to finish, as the schedule tells it. For work still in progress, the bar moves with today's date.

How we kept it on course

Our approach, phase by phase.

The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

PHASE 01PHASE 02PHASE 03PHASE 04
PHASE 01Overlap with care

Building areas handed over in phases so tool installation could begin well before overall completion.

PHASE 02Watch outside dependencies

Utility service, permits and equipment deliveries tracked as critical external milestones.

PHASE 03Measure, don’t estimate

Earned value and installed-quantity progress replaced opinion with evidence.

PHASE 04Plan the first run

Commissioning and production ramp-up scheduled with operations from the start.

What changed

The difference we made

Measured the only way that matters: did the project land where we said it would.

Result 01Scale kept legible

More than 38,000 activities sit in a coded master schedule that leaders can filter in seconds.

Result 02Labor planned ahead

Craft labor curves feed recruitment, housing and site logistics months in advance.

Result 03Progress you can measure

Earned value replaces percent-complete estimates with objective progress.

Your project, on schedule

Your project could be our next story.

Tell us what you are building and the date that matters. In one conversation you will know what it will take to hit it.
