Why it mattered

Food and beverage plants live by market windows: peak season, retail launches, distribution contracts. Miss the window and the new capacity waits a year to earn its keep.

The challenge

A snack manufacturer expanded a baking plant to meet demand that had outrun its capacity. National retail listings depended on the new lines.

Winter construction, cross-border equipment shipments and a bilingual project team each added their own friction.

How we kept it on course

Our approach, phase by phase.

The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

PHASE 01PHASE 02PHASE 03PHASE 04
PHASE 01Protect production

Shutdowns placed in low-demand periods and planned to the hour with the plant team.

PHASE 02Put equipment on the path

Process equipment tracked from factory slot to setting on its foundation.

PHASE 03Join the vendors up

Line vendors, automation integrators and building trades held on one critical path.

PHASE 04Plan trials as real work

Line trials, food-safety validation and ramp-up scheduled with the same care as construction.

What changed

The difference we made

Measured the only way that matters: did the project land where we said it would.

Result 01Launch day met

The first saleable product left the new line on the committed date.

Result 02Winter costed in

Cold-weather work was sequenced and priced from the first baseline.

Result 03Equipment visible in transit

Imported ovens and packaging lines were tracked from factory floor to installation.
